These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CiteClear, operated by DAS Group LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using CiteClear, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CiteClear is a documentation assistance tool that generates OSHA compliance document drafts using artificial intelligence. CiteClear does not provide legal advice, compliance consulting, or safety engineering services.

2. Document Disclaimer

All documents generated by CiteClear are drafts. They require review, verification, and approval by a qualified, authorized person at your organization before being used as official compliance records. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all generated documents for accuracy
• Ensuring documents meet your specific regulatory requirements
• Having authorized personnel approve documents before filing
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable OSHA standards and regulations

CiteClear does not guarantee that generated documents will satisfy OSHA or any other regulatory inspection. Compliance is the responsibility of the employer.

3. No Legal or Safety Advice

CiteClear is not a law firm, safety consultancy, or licensed professional service. Nothing generated by CiteClear constitutes legal advice, safety engineering advice, or a professional compliance opinion. If you need legal or professional safety advice, consult a qualified professional.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the document generator
• Use generated documents only for legitimate compliance documentation purposes
• Not misrepresent AI-generated documents as having been reviewed when they have not been
• Not use CiteClear to create fraudulent safety records

5. Pre-Order and Payment

Pre-order reservations ("$1 Reserve") are processed through Stripe. The $1 charge secures founding member pricing and will be applied to your first month's subscription when CiteClear launches. Refunds are available upon request.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents generated through CiteClear are yours to use for your business operations. The CiteClear brand, design, and software remain the property of DAS Group LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAS Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CiteClear, including but not limited to OSHA citations, fines, penalties, or workplace incidents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAS Group LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of generated documents, your failure to properly review documents, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CiteClear after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DAS Group LLC is registered.
